Everyone seeks happiness, yet only a few grasp its essence.

Perhaps the approach is flawed, the efforts insufficient, or the intention unclear.

Have you ever witnessed someone searching for their spectacles while they're perched atop their head?

Similarly, happiness eludes many because they fail to recognize it within.

Happiness is an inherent aspect of our being, but whether we harness it is our choice.

Some seek reasons to be happy, akin to having sight but refusing to see the beauty around them.

Others delay their happiness, like holding onto a winter coat while waiting for summer.

Repeatedly revisiting past traumas is like voluntarily adding pain to our lives without relief.

Just as we dry off after a shower, let us shed the weight of past tragedies and embrace happiness.

Let's spread smiles and be the reason for others to rejoice, even in their darkest moments.

I loved hearing their ideas as their brilliant minds considered how to create businesses and products that solve daily issues or challenges. There are two needs that a customer has when you meet with them. 

The identified need that matches your core product or service, but there are also the unidentified needs. These ones are usually overlooked by the sales person, which means you leave a lot of money on the table.

The post office is best at this. When you go to mail something they will always ask if you need stamps before you leave. This addresses the unidentified need.

It's your duty to educate, inform, suggest, plant a seed, or just make them aware of additional products or services that will add value. So next time, when you see something, say something, and then write it up!
