•Working as an Operations Specialist for Meta (client), reporting directly to operation leaders and project managers to ensure high quality support for agents and to achieve the KPI target within the operations team. 
•Led a team of 85+ operations professionals per shift to achieve operational goals and objectives, providing guidance and support to ensure team members were motivated, engaged, and productive.
•Communicated with vendors to ensure timely delivery of reports and support for KPI targets.
