Imarat Group

• Helped revamp the engagement strategy of Leasing team through introduction of email marketing & leasing kits
• Came up with & maintained monthly social media calendars for 3 digital assets (Amazon Outlet Mall, Florence Galleria, Danube Homes) - leading to an average monthly increase of 385% in reach, 120% in profile visits, 94% in website redirection, and 200% in overall engagement.
• Created leasing proposals using Adobe Photoshop
• Assisted in revamping the leasing department through creation of a new leasing strategy, kit, & funnel
• Created a tenant network list of approximately 450 brands in Pakistan to streamline leasing
• Reached out to 36 brands and developed networking liaison with them.
• Responsible for assigning mall branding spots to tenants of Amazon Outlet Mall, and pricing each spot giving a total of 1.2 million PKR revenue to mall.

Marketing & Leasing Specialist

• Execution of a marketing campaign called "Red Tag" for Amazon Outlet Mall - leading to a daily average increment of 65.7% in sales and 18.84% in footfall.
• Wrote press releases for the signing of MoUs with different companies, e.g. Toni & Guy
• Developed plans for NOC Approval of societies in Islamabad zones 1, 3, 5
• Developed a business feasibility study for salons, cash & carry's, and hospitals in Islamabad using 448 data points
• Ideated creatives and mood boards for IMARAT Retail Conference

Graana.com

Graana is a smart property portal in Pakistan.
• Wrote approximately 250 effective Google and Facebook Ad copies for property listings.
• Assisted in Google and Facebook Ads' optimization.
• Came up with 4 email marketing campaigns for Graana.com's weekly newsletter
• Optimized 400+ property listings on Graana.com's website as per SEO rules, along with proofreading for grammar and accuracy

Fauji Foundation is a group of businesses that primarily work towards the welfare of retired servicemen in Pakistan.
• Prepared 600 vouchers for record-keeping (Inclusive of: Bank, Payment, and Journal Vouchers).

• Reconciled year-end bank statements for financial year ended 2018.
