I am someone who loves to grow - to always aspire and inspire in anything I set my mind into. I give my best at whatever role I have been opportuned to work in. Always consistent in anything I do with or without supervision. I love team work and staying organized as this helps in making life easy for people I come in contact with. I am self-motivated at my work/role as I work endlessly to bring out the best in anything I do. My interpersonal skills like patience, team work, active listening, empathy, responsibility, dependability and multi-tasking have helped me to improve on Customer service and understand Customers’ needs. I have been opportune to work with reputable companies and enjoyed my career in customer services which ranged from Client Account Manager, Customer Service Representative , Customer and Administrative Support, Customer Support Representative, and Customer / Brand Representative. I educate and drive myself to be a better person by - Constantly learning because I understand the need to improve myself and my performance. This lead me to take LinkedIn-certified courses like Become a Customer Service Specialist, Developing your emotional intelligence and Effective listening etc, which had help buttress my knowledge in Customer Service. - Putting the customers at the center of all that I do. - Stay calm when faced with adversity and focus on exploring new opportunities. Outside of work, you will find me surfing the net to learn soft skill courses on Customer Service and learning a new language (French). I also enjoy watching movies like Nollywood, Hollywood and Bollywood (Epic, Horror, Comedy, and Romance)- a lover of varieties. You can also find me working out (a healthy life is a happy life), listening to music, and hanging out with friends.
