In the hustle and bustle of entrepreneurship or navigating the waters of a 9-5, finding that spark of inspiration can sometimes feel like searching for a needle in a haystack.

Let's be real - there are days when, despite the ritualistic morning coffee, the muse of inspiration seems to have taken a day off, leaving us staring blankly at our screens or notepads.  Feeling at a loss of why we "can't get it together" or  "can't come up with any ideas".

As someone who spends a considerable amount of time writing for clients and dabbling in design work, I confess, there are moments when the creative well seems to run dry. Even a second cup of coffee doesn’t jolt inspiration to show up.

Yet, inspiration, that elusive yet powerful force, is all around us, hiding in the most unexpected corners, waiting to be discovered. It can emerge from the simple beauty of nature, the profoundness of art, the depth of our experiences, or the warmth of our interactions with others.

How do you unlock your inspiration?
➡️ Is it by diving into activities that ignite your creativity? For me swimming clears my head. Maybe it's’ the swoosh of the water, but  when I swim ideas fire up. Maybe for you it’s a walk in the park or a yoga class to clear the mental clutter?

➡️ Do you find inspiration in the company of like-minded souls - those supportive and innovative individuals who fuel your passion and push you towards greatness? I do! Having an accountability partner or business bestie has made a big difference for me. I actually have 3 that I can bounce ideas off or call when I feel stuck.

➡️ Or perhaps, it's found in quiet solitude? Sometimes we need to quiet the world to hear our thoughts and dream bigger and get inspired.

Discovering what brings our inspiration to life is a journey, unique and personal to each of us.

Whatever your source may be, I encourage you to embrace your curiosity, to be open to exploring new possibilities, and to never underestimate the power of a moment of inspiration. It's out there, waiting for you to unlock it.

I'm shocked when I hear that employees are not allowed to post on LinkedIn. The main reason- FEAR. FEAR that they will be picked up by another company. My response to that is.. yes it can happen, but if it does then that employees was most likely not happy anyways and it would just be a matter of time before they left.
