Specialties and Work Experience:
Project Management:  
•	Identify stakeholders, design project plans and implement marketing initiatives with a team of 6 Marketing Coordinators.
•	Engage multiple departments to create cross functional teams that create processes and remove obstacles to bring new products and services to the local market.
Sales and Incentives:
•	Identify sales shortfalls; coach team and create incentives to meet subscriber goals. 
•	Established Florida Keys Direct Sales and Collections Team for customer acquisition and Non-Pay Retention.

Communication and Training:  
•	Create training tools that educate cross functional teams on new products, features and services.
•	Create and conduct employee training sessions to review product information and eligibility. 
Budget and Expense Management: 
•	Create annual expense budget for marketing tactics and legal notifications.
New Products Marketing: 
•	Develop a cross functional team to ensure local market is prepared for new product deployment; including product testing, billing compliance, customer eligibility and employee preparedness. 
•	Create strategic Marketing Plans that pinpoint appropriate customers and incorporate multiple sales channel messages within budget. 
Programming and Leased Access:
•	Create Messaging Plans and programming collateral. 
•	Maintain and audit Comcast programming database to ensure accuracy and contract compliance.   
•	Provide Account Management to Leased Access clients; establish relationships, facilitate agreements and monitor accounts contract compliance.
Pay-Per-View and On Demand: 
•	Execute marketing strategies to maximize usage and sales.
•	Manage programmer relationships; secure maximum marketing opportunities like co-op funds, prizes and co-promotional opportunities to increase sales.

Comcast Spotlight

During my tenure at Comcast Spotlight I maintained the departments advertising orders; contract confirmations, correspondence and network inventory.  I created advertising packages based on customer budgets, inventory, targeting opportunities and revenue goals. I created and designed client proposals and presentations for the Account Executives. I researched programming options and promotional opportunities utilized by our customers to increase revenue, foot traffic and customer growth. I assisted the Production and Local Origination studio with commercial scripts, program research, design and commercial development. As a Client Services Specialist I managed our Traffic and Billing System with Novar Remote Software and Aims Inventory Management software. I hosted, prepared and designed sales presentations for local trade shows and community affairs functions.
