I’m an L&D and talent development expert with 15+ years of professional experience in corporate learning, the state education system, and training in the non-profit sphere. I started as an English teacher during my university years and became a university lecturer after my graduation. Then I transitioned to an NGO and the UN where I managed social educational projects. I worked at EPAM Systems leading content creation, curation, and content delivery teams when I received an invitation to establish and head an L&D department at DataArt. I’m one of those lucky people whose work is their hobby and passion. Also, my diverse experience in corporate, public, and non-profit fields gave me some weird but very helpful set of skills.
