New role: B2B Commerce product team manager
Leading a team of 20+ individuals from Poland and India. Solution successfully deployed to over 40 countries. Main responsibilities:
· Work with the Client Solution Manager to provide estimation for the new Enhancements that need to be approved
· Manage the Product Team in terms of Roll in/Roll Off as well as staffing and required skills
· Work with the Solution Manager and Product Owner to agree to the Spring Scope considering the Team Capacity and sprint timeline
· Organize all the Scrum Ceremonies making sure the content is ready
· Follow the Program Deliver process 
· Track the roadmaps and highlight risk and issue to the Solution Manager 
· Run daily, plannings, reviews, retrospective 
· Support the Solution Manager to close the Sprints
· Help the team make progress on the project by ensuring each person is working on the right tasks, helping to remove any obstacles to the team members’ progress, and protecting the team from distractions.
· Facilitate a team culture and support the engagement and professional growth of the team members
· Participate to the discussion cross the teams in case of platform alignment 
· Communicate risks and issues to the solution manager and work on value-based issue resolutions (e.g. bugfixes)
· Ensure the handover to other teams like support and market activation gets completed with the expected quality and timeline
· Make sure the accesses of the team members are up to date
· Project financials management
· Preparation of new proposals, innovation & improvements

I took the lead to conduct restructuring of the team of 20+ individuals from Poland, India, Switzerland. My role was to provide guidance on effective sprint delivery, team capacity planning and utilization as well as effective business analysis and documentation. I was responsible for scope management, timely delivery, proposal delivery, effort estimation and cost estimation.

Lead for Retail as a Service

I moved to Consumer (Commercials) area and took part in the Large Front office transformation program for a company from CPG industry. I was working in the Roll out team and deploying Digital Trade Engagement solution for retailers to over 90+ markets. Solution was based on Salesforce Community Cloud and I was playing a Single point of contact role for all parties: client market representatives, trainers, product team and management.  I have  been traveling to countries (Asia, Latin America, Europe) to conduct UATs and support with train the trainer activities.
	My roles was to:
	• help establishing a roll out approach based on phases: onboarding, training, set up, validation, cutover, deployment, go-live and hypercare
	• Directly contact market representatives and introduce them to the new solution
	• Collect market requirements - support fit gap analysis
	• Collect market data and support with the upload to new environment
	• Support translations updates
	• Configure system
	• Supporting, training and do initial tests as well as support UATs
	• Execute cutover activites and migrate config to PRD

Functional Lead for Digital Trade Engagement Roll out

I took part in the HR portal Enhancements project - global HR solution based on SAP, available in 87 countries and for over 80 000 employees of an international client from CPG industry. 
	• I was leading a team of 2-3 business analysts supporting enhancements in existing HR Portal solution.  
	• At the same time Marzena was also supoporting Migration project from ECC 5.0 to ECC 6.0 where her role was to assess together with developers what will be the migration impact on the HR portal, shaping testing scope and conducting integration tests as well as supporting UATs and post deployment activites as well as Hypercare.

I was working as a functional consultant during Success Factors cloud-based software implementation of Performance Management, Goal Management, Succession, Development Planning, 360 rating modules for an international client from a CPG industry.

Functional Consultant

Global implementation of the HR Portal solution based on SAP ESS/MSS. International client from CPG industry. Roll out of the solution to 87 markets. Multicultural project - team members from Germany, Poland, Italy, India, Philippines. I was responsible for:
	• collecting client requirements related to various HR processes like: recruitment, hiring, employee moves, position change, org change, employee rewards, job description etc. 
	• documenting them in a Requirements traceability matrix to understand their importance, dependencies, priority and complexity;
	• my job was to analyze these processes, document them in a form of a functional specification and validate them with client and Dev Team (both SAP and JAVA) and obtain a signed approval;
	• I was supporting developers during the development phase by clarifying requirements, explaining processes and client needs, specifying scenarios to be tested;
	• I was conducting Integration Tests in ALM as well as leading UATs with client, doing root cause analysis of the issues, retesting bug fixes etc.
I became SME in managed self services processes of SAP.
