Field Account Manager

My role as a 2IC Sales Manager is to assist the Sales Manager in driving the existing team’s results by enabling their capacity, commitment and capability. I do this by working alongside with the team to identify opportunities in their workflow. I work alongside key stakeholders to gain a further understanding of how the sales team can help enable their teams to process sales quicker which in turn delivers a better client experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities:
• Supporting Sales Manager across 10 staff
• Coaching and upskilling sales staff
• Enabling sales through reporting and workshops
• Working with stakeholders to enable sales channel
• Sales channel reporting
• Salesforce reporting engagement / client engagement, pipeline management, risk assessment and business coverage.

2IC Sales Manager 

• The first point of contact between MYOB and its partners - manage and develop key relationships with a portfolio of approximately 300 accounting practices across Australia
• Provide qualified solution sales advice and outstanding customer service within assigned accountants
• Phone based role with responsibility for engaging MYOB partners (customers), presenting industry insights and identifying opportunities to work with these partners further – assisting them to refer MYOB products to their SME clients
• Rapport building and lead generation with new and old MYOB partners
• Maintain high activity (eg. Talk time, call volume), high moral (value adding, insightful and need analysis calls) and great results month on month (targets, units, unique referrers)
• Daily use of Salesforce, Outlook, SalesPreso (to digitally present insights and information to partners), Join Me (to conduct product demonstrations), Microsoft Teams
• Working within a inside sales team full of friendly and energetic people all striving together to hit a common goal

•	Proactively manage content within the content management system and take ownership for quality and accuracy
•	Participate in the full web production lifecycle, including scoping out content requirements, production, testing and ongoing management/refinement
•	Support localization of global web content and quality of translations
•	Partner with software engineers, product managers, business stakeholders, UX designers and other teams to produce and publish compelling content
•	Ensure online content supports SEO goals, our brand standards, web style guidelines and legal and compliance requirements.

•	Learn about our customers and our products, and take the initiative to identify and propose new content
