As the marketing leader in a new Embria project, I had to verify the idea created by the founder - whether people would use it and what future results we could achieve on the American market. The product was an application for people with autoimmune diseases to track triggers and reduce symptoms.

Responsibilities:
· Created a marketing strategy for the US market
· Created a brand, logo, and landing pages, checked the conversion rates, and predicted future results 
· Launched adverts on Meta Ads and Google Ads
· Produced and conducted a free webinar with an expert

Achievements:
· Created a brand identity for the product in 2 weeks, verified it with User Testing service
· Improved the conversion rates for each level: CTR ranged from 6% to 11%, and CR into the lead ranged from 8% to 13%
· Decreased the cost per lead from $15 to $5 by changing the content on the landing page

I was in charge of marketing activities for Sky.Pro, Online University — a new brand from Skyeng.

Achievements:
· I improved the landing pages and creatives for Meta Ads for promotional webinars. I boosted the end-to-end conversion rate by two from 1,5% to 3% and cut the CAC 2 times in a short time
· I tried and tested influencers and found a way how to advert our courses there to obtain clients cheaper than from Meta Ads

Skyeng.ru, Online English School

Responsibilities:
· Created and developed content marketing in Skyeng (B2C)
· Worked with several areas of marketing: Emai Marketing, Direct Marketing, Social Media, YouTube Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Brand media and Blog, Webinars, Meta Ads 
· Hired, onboarded, and managed employees

Achievements:
· Created and conducted Email Marketing Strategy which is still working (from 20,000 to 600,000 subscribers, OR 30%, CR 5%)
· Created an idea for a YouTube channel and realized it, growing the channel up to 1,3 mln subscribers. Got 200+ clients monthly at a low price. The YouTube channel of Skyeng had 200+ mln views in 6 years
· Increased the number of clients every year 2-3 times from zero to 1400 per month. My team and I achieved KPIs every year for 4 years

E-Promo Group

I was responsible for five lead generation projects: collecting leads for obtaining credits and mortgages, studying English, studying short courses with different topics, and buying cars. Additionally, I created our own Affiliate platform for working with webmasters. To develop these projects, I had a team consisting of three developers, a designer, five traffic managers, and an SEO specialist.

Responsibilities:

— Created strategies for promoting our projects, including developing three projects from scratch and maintaining two existing ones.
— Determined the project development plan, set plans for all employees of the department, summarized the results of work for the month, quarter, and year, held motivational meetings, worked with developers using the Scrum methodology, implemented the department’s income plan, and controlled the distribution of the budget.
— Founded and managed our own affiliate program, Cosmoleads. Worked with webmasters, analyzed traffic sources, gave advice on how to increase conversion on their sites, signed contracts, and made payments.
— Hired new employees and parted ways with those who did not achieve results.

Achievements:

— Increased the number of leads in the Credit project from 4,000 to 12,000 in six months. The conversion rate grew from 11% to 23%. I added email marketing for this project, created our Affiliate Program, changed the content on the websites, and added more advertisements.
— Created a content plan for 10 different segments of our email list and increased the number of email campaigns from 17 per month to 100 per month, while maintaining the current level of results for each campaign.
— Hired an enthusiastic developer who was able to complete tasks quickly, resulting in a breakthrough in creating our projects.
— Founded the affiliate platform and had 34 active offers out of 60 in total in the first year, with 680 webmasters and 120,000 traffic to all offers.

I became a team leader of online advertising in an internet marketing agency. I had a team of three traffic managers.
