Extensive experience and expertise in Organizational Restructuring, HR Transformation, Change Management, People Management, Mentoring and Coaching. Worked in leadership roles for 20 years with Warid Telecom, Diallog, UNDP Pakistan, People Talent Tech and now Al-Termizi Pakistan. Served as independent HR Consultant with UNDP Pakistan, UNDP Myanmar, Azizi Bank Afghanistan, Al-Termizi, Bizaccell Solutions and so on. Successfully completed Project Restructuring with UNDP Myanmar. Work included organization design, development of ToRs, structural review, designing a comprehensive strategy to shape the pragmatic project implementation. With Azizi Bank Afghanistan, completed a project involving HR transformation. Developed HR policies, processes and compensation systems. Market based study was conducted to design competitive HR policies, practices, rewards and compensation system. Recently, I have done organizational restructuring of Al-Termizi Pakistan. Worked on Organization Design, established functional department, designed HR, Finance, Operational policies and processes and implemented. To reinforce culture and change Management, introduced a number of initiatives in different organization. Recent change management project was completed in Al-Termizi Pakistan. Undertook a diagnostic study by identifying gaps and then working on Organization Design, Cultural and HR transformation, talent management and retention. Did talent acquisition at different levels in UNDP, Warid Telecom, People Talent Tech and Bizaccell Solutions. In UNDP Pakistan, annually more than 200 positions were filled with suitable resources whereas with Warid Telecom Bangladesh, about 1100 regular staff were hired. Talent management initiatives include cultural transformation, leadership development, succession planning, performance measurement and management, rewards and recognition. Learning, mentoring and coaching is my passion. I led learning and development in Warid Telecom and established a Centre of Excellence. In UNDP Pakistan, I worked on talent management involving learning and development, staff engagement, processes improvement. Designed and implemented learning plans. For the past 8 years, I have been working as HR Consultant. Completed consulting assignments with UNDP Pakistan, UNDP Myanmar, Azizi Bank Afghanistan, People Talent Tech and Bizaccell Malaysia. Regularly advising, mentoring and coaching young and senior rofessionals. I make videos on life, management, entrepreneurship and HR. I write articles and professional posts for LinkedIn.
