•	Developed an employee on-boarding strategy and led the development team in creating 16 E-learning modules illustrating client’s company history, organizational design, and business practices for the Change Management Center of Excellence. 
•	Coordinated and co-facilitated multiple leadership development and organizational process design workshops with 7 functional VPs of new shared services organization.
•	Facilitated team-building obstacle course to promote cultural awareness and openness to new paradigms for all new on-boarding Share Services employees. 
•	Partnered with HR leadership and executive team to design the measurement models based on KPIs and learning objectives. Designed and implemented training analytics standards and developed detailed integration process with LMS. 
•	Designed client’s first learning measurement model, leveraging the tools of the existing LMS to save time and limited budget.  This level of measurement was entirely new to the client organization and required communication of value to leadership for buy-in and leadership representation to support these new practices.
•	Program managed a global team of 25 people across 15 functional groups on design and implementation of an ecommerce platform, which makes up 80% of client’s revenue. 
•	Coached client on Change Management, Training and Development, and Process Design to successfully plan and manage systems change globally across cultures, generations, and functions.

•	Consulted with newly formed marketing and development team following recent acquisition of small start up.
•	Developed a diagnostic model based on theories of organizational change, to accurately assess the alignment of business strategy, internal processes and team structure with external factors such as resource dependence and market competition.

Initiated, directed, and organized a community organ donation awareness event. Conducted a replication study to test the IIFF Model with the goal of increasing organ donation registration rates. Resulted in a perfect replication of the IIFF model and produced a 50% donor registration rate.

Conducted a cultural assessment at the SCE Ontario Service Center. The goal of this study was to identify the dimensions of conflict amongst the various business units. 
•	Co-facilitated multiple focus groups with various stakeholder groups.

•	Identified source of conflict and recommended a solution through cross cultural communication and global mindset training.

•	Tailored leadership development content for integration into a single performance management platform. 
•	Defined management best practices for incorporating assessment tools into the leadership development, performance management, and training process.
