Sentinel Support Solution Program Lead

•	Responsible for the day to day management of System Engineers, Software Engineers, ILS Engineers, Engineering trainers and CMDM staff in a matrix managed organisation with functional budget responsibility of over £6M per annum. 
•	Responsible for the review and approval of the Engineering EAC and functional sign off for Engineering BOEs. 
•	Chair for SRR, TRR, PDR and CDR meetings. 
•	Responsible for the influencing and shaping our customer to ensure their priorities match our capacity. This has resulted in an increase in the number of critical design tasks and modifications that are completed earlier than, or on customer set deadlines, reducing the risk of payment holdbacks.

•	High profile strategic planner and advisor to Government Ministers on use of all MOD assets and personnel within the UK. 
•	One of only two Military planners responsible for the vision, strategy, planning and execution of the deployment of over 2000 Military personnel and specialist military capabilities in support of the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games.
•	Advised and briefed Government Ministers and the Secretary of State for Defence during Prime Minister chaired COBRA meetings on the deployment and employment of over 2000 servicemen and military equipment (Somerset levels flooding).

Strategic Planner

Royal Air Force and The University of Lincoln

•	The lead engineer for risk management and airworthiness assurance for 3 aircraft types worth in excess of £200m (11 aircraft) in the intelligence gathering Headquarters. 
•	Developed and successfully delivered a bi-national training and deployment program, collaborating with members of the United States Air Force, US Foreign Military Sales and members of the Pentagon to deliver the UK military contribution to the maintenance of all unmanned aircraft in Afghanistan.

Royal Air Force

•	Successfully managed multiple stakeholders (MoD, Euravia, Northrop Grumman); dealing directly with manufacturers, maintenance and repair organisations, contractors and customers, managing both budgetary and schedule constraints.
•	Held airworthiness responsibility for the 6 RAF Sentry aircraft mechanical systems including CFM56 and PT6 APU power plants, oxygen, hydraulic, fuel and safety equipment ensuring systems remained airworthy and supported.  
•	Identified a significant safety modification, negotiated with design organisations, suppliers and aircraft operators so that the whole UK Sentry fleet was fitted with a breathing oxygen modification within 6 months. 
•	Wrote, introduced and monitored technical inspections for the air to air refuelling system after significant damage was discovered, enabling air to air refuelling to resume without detriment to coalition operations.
