We become trapped by the businesses we build. Your business should be a tool to give you the lifestyle you want. Your lifestyle should not be dictated by what the business demands. That often requires growth, but growth is an important tool that can be applied to help us meet out goals, rather than a goal in itself, and the journey often starts with understanding what leaders really want from their businesses.
