I am a business strategist and operational leader with 20 years of experience across sales, HR, financial services, international sports, and impact-driven ventures. My career has taken me from managing large sales teams and corporate operations to co-founding global sports institutions, leading international expansion and organizational growth. In the 5 five years of my career, I focused on financial services and people management. I conducted more than 2,000 HR interviews, led a team of 90 colleagues, and regularly participated in sales and management trainings across Austria and Germany. In 2013, I joined Teqball as its 1st team member. Working with the founders, I helped transform a garage concept into a globally recognized sport and brand. At the early stage, I was responsible for key projects, working with the President and CEO. My responsibilities included laying the foundations of the sport, negotiating with international partners in areas such as sports development, sales and logistics. As the sport began to spread, our focus shifted to international competitions, and I took on the role of Head of International Events. As Teqball grew, I became Senior Advisor to the President of the International Teqball Federation, managing daily operations and supporting the organization’s global expansion. At its peak, the Presidential Office oversaw 220 staff members in addition to the network of national federations. In my role as Senior Advisor to the President, I led the development of 5 TEQsports, established 153 national federations, delivered 6 World Championships, and secured broadcast partnerships with Eurosport, ESPN. I also spearheaded the international expansion and was deeply involved in strategic planning, branding, and international diplomacy. Today, I pursue impactful ventures as COO of Good People Everywhere, launching a platform to tackle loneliness through digital communities; as Lead Business Development Advisor at Bibo, supporting the global growth of a bio cleaning brand; and as founder of Consoulution, providing strategic consultancy to our partners. Throughout my career, I have negotiated high-level partnerships, collaborated with cross-sector stakeholders, and navigated complex international markets.
