Let's try to keep a daily streak of posts  related across performance and DTC

Ok lets get back to the topic ->  Saturation means there is a lot of existing demand in the market which means there is a lot of customers in the "consideration phase"

Do this to increase your spend

1. Create an advertorial that compares 3/4 competitors and you are the winner
2. Create an ad "TOP X products ranked and tested. Results are shocking"
3. Run an ad from a 3rd party handle "Mom reviews"
4. Run traffic.

Ofcourse this is slightly simplified and you still need to tweak the ads + LP to work but I have seen this work in nearly every industry.

PS: You can run this on other platforms as well.

Your ads don't fatigue. There is no such thing as that.

What does happen tho is they stop resonating with people...

Your ad hit its TAM of people and stopped to perform

Take a look at your winning ads and check what kind of concept they are.

There is a high chance that the higher-spending one has Problems, outcomes, and an overall flow that is much more relevant to a bigger pool of people.

The ads that have the highest adressable TAM have the highest scaling potential and don't drop in performance as hard.

Doing a niche concept will usually have a steep upscale in performance and gradual downtrend.

This little trick can overturn your ads from negative to positive

→ Monitor Ad Comments

Don't let negative comments go unnoticed
on your ads, however small they are.

Seeing a dip in performance? Check the comments.

Notice some negativity? Address it.

Spot a question? Answer it.

Engagement > Ignorance

Here's why taking care of ad comments is so powerful:

1. Real-Time Feedback: Comments give you direct insight into how your audience feels.

Engage with them, and you show that you care.

You'll quickly see improvements in ad performance.

2. Builds Trust: Responding to comments, whether good or bad, shows your audience you’re listening.

As Gary Vee says: “The best marketing strategy ever: Care.”

It's the commitment to engagement, not the ad itself, that fosters loyalty.

So if you see a negative comment, address it.

And by continually engaging, your ad performance will improve.

Reach out if you’re a DTC brand looking to scale Paid ads revenue, improve ROAS, lower CAC, or increase profitability.

Audience targeting is an extension of creative not the other way around!

You can't make something work or test and expect it will perform better just as you target a specific interest or LAA.

The truth is there is a high chance that broad audience targeted a category of people in that LAA.

Nothing wrong with having a scaling campaign where you put winning ads etc in it.

But don't let it be an excuse

You should be careful in increasing prospecting spend via statics only.

Often time if you are non-DR ( long form sales pages, VSL etc... ) statics are demand driven by other forms ( videos, outside meta etc.. )

Rarely are they good enough to convert a NET NEW Customer with no prior touchpoints.

Of course, there are exceptions but if your platform's numbers look good but overall revenue is not moving pay attention to % of spend on statics over time.

Almost every big brand spending serious money on Meta eventually comes to the same point

Return to the 7DC/1V standard... 

Too many businesses chase the illusion of “fast growth” by obsessing over last-click metrics or click attribution. But here’s the reality: that approach hits a HARD plateau.

You can't and shouldn't optimize campaign per campaign on that "1DC ROAS"

At some point, you’ve bought into the idea that performance and awareness must be prioritized. 

It’s not just about optimizing the immediate click; it’s about creating a lasting impression and long-term value.

And let's not even speak about the cheaper CPMs + new audience reach you get via that

Here’s how you can keep the momentum going even after a winner starts to slow down:

✨ Tried-and-tested strategies (straight from accounts doing $1M+/month):

1️⃣ Duplicate and scale:
Take your winner’s POST ID and dupe it into all scaling mechanisms (ASC, CBO, BC, CC).

2️⃣ Leverage whitelisting:
Pair it with a whitelisting handle and ad copy scale for extended reach.

3️⃣ Top-performing ad sets:
Place it into your top variants ad set.

4️⃣ Promo power:
Repurpose it during promo periods using copy + banner scaling.

5️⃣ CTA experiments:
Run call-to-action (CTA) tests to keep the engagement fresh.

6️⃣ Landing page variations:
Test advertorials, listicles, and PDPs—you’ll be amazed at the performance differences.

7️⃣ Retargeting:
Feed it back into your retargeting campaigns.
