Product Operations:
I started in the company working as a sr. Product Manager balancing product strategy and delivery for top class products. My role slowly evolved to a Product Operations role, in which, part of my main responsibilities were:
- Facilitate product thinking across the organization.
- Coach the product team in best practices
- Facilitate product principles definition across all the departments.
- Define discovery practice
- Facilitate and generate internal buy in for design sprint, design thinking practices, among others.

I was part of a Design Sprint in NYC in the beginning of the project, and then I worked between Montevideo, and Cleveland leading the product for two years.

I acted as a sr. product manager working for the Inter-American Development Bank, as Globant Contractor.
I participated on the product inception for the project, facilitating a series of functional workshops. 
I applied lean inception techniques, and design thinking to discover how to build the right product.

I led a twelve-people cross-functional team, focusing strongly in high collaboration and good over-communication.

- My responsibilities went from close a war room to discover the product, to coach the client on best practices to define the product vision, strategic goals, and prioritize features.
- I owned and created the roadmap and defined requirements interviewing different stakeholders.
- Discover and test new funcionalities, and lead the product team expert creating prototypesand testing to take informed decisions.

I have worked mainly coaching the PO of Poptrópica product in order to align the client expectations with the product vision.
I led with the PM two scrum teams of 12+ team mates, following a continuous discovery approach.
I also facilitated brainstorming sessions of innovation.
- Other responsabilities: prioritizing backlog with the PO, sharing the vision with the team, functional walkthroughts, and facilitating the sprint review, among others.
