The board consists of ten top-level corporate executives and business school leaders that are advising the LSBM management on strategic steps towards internationalization and the prestigious business school accreditation EQUIS. The advisory board will evaluate and advise on all strategic developments of LSBM with a focus on the following areas:

The International Centre for Higher Education Management (ICHEM) is a major interdisciplinary research centre established in 1994 in the School of Management at the University of Bath, one of the highest ranked teaching and research institutions in the UK. Professor Rajani Naidoo is Director of ICHEM.

PRME Launches Vast Digital Library Of B-School Sustainability Resources

Last week, I had the chance to participate in one of the most inspiring events, the Executive Non-Profit Sustainable Leadership Conference! 

Co-organized by the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) and Luiss Business School  & Luiss Business School Amsterdam, over 80 executives from the non-profit sector gathered for two days to discuss the trends, strategies and leadership challenges.

I was giving a workshop on HR Strategy and Sustainable Leadership by Building Diverse Teams through Norm Criticism, which was particularly rewarding as I was able to learn practices from the non-profit sector. Key learning: Norm-criticism is an invaluable tool in bringing about long-term structural change that promotes open and inclusive ecosystems.

Career-booster for Managers: Introducing the DBA in Higher Education Leadership and Management

We have had this discussion around Micro-Credentials vs. Traditional University Degrees and while I don't see the former replacing the latter anytime soon, it is clear that micro credentials are becoming more relevant, particularly in life-long learning programmes and Exec Education. 

The job market and how major employers react to non-university degree programmes will determine the future of both and universities are well advised to diversify their programme portfolio with different sets of stackable programmes.
