SOFRECO is a consulting company specialised in Official Development Aid around the world.  
Within the Energy Department, I am in charge of managing several projects. It goes from their offer stage to their completion, and includes bid preparation, technical follow-up, team management, budget management, client and partners relationship, report reviews.
The main projects I led are the following:
- Study for the integration of solar power into the electrical grid up to 2035, for Burkina Faso, Chad and Mauritania 
 - Technical Assistance for enabling NREA (Egypt) to develop long-term energy plans and models (drafting of scenarios, set up of an energy model for Egypt on Antares and strong training to the NREA's team)
- Drafting of the Strategy for Energy Access for All in Mali (PASEM)
- Owner's Engineer for LV and MV electrification works, in rural and urban areas, for Guinea (CLSG / VER), Côte d'Ivoire (PRETD) and Senegal (PEAEE 2)

ORYGEEN Energy Performance & Sustainability

As part of a five-member team, we developed the 2030 climate strategy for a global company operating more than 400 factories, specializing in cleaning services. Our task involved creating a roadmap to reduce CO2 emissions for scope 1 and 2 by 50% by 2030, compared to the levels recorded in 2019. 
Specifically, I took the lead on matters related to energy supply.

Within the Economic Department of the French Embassy in Vietnam, in charge of economic analysis, official development assistance projects and support to French companies. 

• Produced economic studies and sectoral watch: 20+ sectoral studies (energy, transport, environment) published online and in newspapers (some referenced by OECD); responsible for the weekly economic newsletter 
• Developed bilateral aid: overseeing the Hanoi metro line 3 project (370 M EUR loan, 4 donors, 9 contractors); provided grants for 2 new projects and studied 10+ more
• Set up three ministerial partnerships between France and Vietnam (energy, environment)
• Supported French companies in Vietnam through B2B meetings and lobbying

Smart Energies is a 15 people company which develops, finances, builds and operates renewable energy production sites in Europe, Africa and Middle-East. I was part of the Africa and Middle-East team (4 people)
·	Identified more than 500 MWp solar power projects in Iran, South Africa, Madagascar, Zimbabwe, Sudan, Burkina Faso, Congo (including technical, financial and legal analysis)
·	Implemented 5 projects in Iran and South Africa through discussions with developers, legal experts, financial investors and contractors

Solar Specialist

Bureau Veritas Nederland

Part of the Marine & Offshore Department, my task was to streamline the method used to calculate the strength of the hull of general cargo vessels
·	Developed a VBA code, based on force results obtained with a 3D-beam analysis program and a finite element program

Mechanical Engineer

UC Berkeley

Department of Ocean Engineering, Theoretical & Applied Fluid Dynamics Laboratory, with Professor Reza Alam. I conducted research on how to reduce the forces acting on ships when they impact water:
·	Created a small scale ship model and carried on experiments with a tunable elastic layer attached on it. In parallel, conducted simulations on a finite element program named Ls-Dyna (CFD)
·	Compared empirical and numerical results, which led to an optimized design for the ship
