Talent Growth & Operations at Revolt Games (Neoland.io & Neopolis.io). 

Working hands in hands with the CEO to build and grow our new web3 game (neoland.io). Successfully hired core web3 team (top-notch advisors, consultants, and full-time team members), ensured high-level communication with senior talent, and at the forefront of future growth requirements. 

Also:
- Hired new team members to support neopolis.io's growth. 
- Set up new hiring tools (crew.work), improve processes, and work hand in hand with team members to ensure smooth processes and successful hires.
- Constantly brainstorming on new talent pool growth strategies, including improving the studio's image and branding.
- Created Revoltgames.io landing from scratch with Webflow. Design, copy and build - reviewed by our top notch designers and copywriter.

Talent & Brand 

High Flyers Agency

In 2016, we launched a recruitment agency called High Flyers to help fast-growing start-ups hire senior & C-level top talents. We grew the company from 2 to +15 employees. 

I started out as a Talent Recruiter for 3+ years, and managed a portfolio of 10 to 15 search missions, mainly Senior level searches. They were our first search missions, which means I had the opportunity to learn the ropes, identify what worked well in terms of processes, and streamline our approach. Then, I took the lead on hiring and managing our team of Recruiters. 

As a COO, I mainly focused on : 
- Daily Management + Implementing management process
- Ensuring Performance, setting up objectives, and helping out the team on delivering search missions
- Streamlining internal processes to ensure efficiency (sales pitch, documenting team knowledge, CRM tool, remote org, tool implementation like Upflow, Payfit etc.)
- Branding & Marketing (website redesign and build, content strategy, talent effect newsletter shared to +700 leads and segmentation work)
- Hired top talent for Heetch, Merci Handy, Upflow, Ornikar, Cubyn, Stuart, JobTeaser & more. 

Overall, I developed solid project management, and people skills, and what I enjoyed most was leading creative initiatives.

Rouge

Formerly called Le Public Système, Hopscotch is a leader in global communication, PR, Event and Digital strategies. I joined the Rouge team, a team of 10 people, as the sole intern to work on global communication projects. I assisted Customer Managers in client briefing, worked alongside DA and creatives to draft creative propositions and ensured delivery. Once again, I had the opportunity to gain autonomy in several projects: DS World Showroom animation strategy, Showroom Privé's Wearable Fashiontech Festival and more.
