Growing up, I had several interests. I spent time wondering about why things in society were developing the way they did. I was also fascinated with how some people were able to have a profound impact on society and worked towards inclusion, and was also devastated when I discovered how others were excluded, and not able to participate in society at all. My experiences growing up still influence the work I do to this day. Starting my professional career in the Royal Norwegian Air Force, and thereafter studying economic geography, I worked in Sales and Customer Relationship Management for many years, where I learned essential career skills in terms of leadership, people management and mindset development. My experiences from working in an international and diverse environment provided me with a unique understanding of different working cultures. Eventually, I decided to move onto the field of entrepreneurship and social innovation, where I now work full-time. I love helping people by identifying their interests, developing their leadership skills, and motivating them during their personal journeys. I believe that there is a solution to every problem, and therefore continuously look for new knowledge to identify new opportunities, and make those available for all, in order to create social innovation and possibilities for everyone. My main project these days is to create and facilitate workshops for teenagers and young adults that have dropped out of Upper Secondary School, help them to identify their drive and interests, and provide them with tools that help them into employment they enjoy, and turn leaders in the process. I do freelance acting next to entrepreneurship, and have been featured in major, supporting and extra roles in a variety of productions over the last year.
