Development and launch of a new marketing strategy and brand identity. Development of a new website in WordPress with integrated webshop (Woocommerce) with responsibility for all design, functionality and content. Development of all new marketing and communication material (brochures, blogposts, posters, postcards, trade show material, one pagers, sales pitches and material, video, mail templates etc.). Responsibility for a new SoMe strategy as well as the daily administration and content production to all platforms.

BRANDING: 
Assistance in concept development focused around incorporating the company’s key values in each part of the value chain. The work aimed to integrate and streamline communication and marketing material accordingly. In regard to this work I have: 
- Developed a Brand Manual for the company. 
- Presented stall and product presentation material based on the manual, which was executed and used at the Cosmoprof fair in Bologna and the Vivaness (Biofach) fair in Nürnberg. 
- Assisted at cosmetic fairs with company and product presentations and projected the stall setups. 

MARKET & CUSTOMER ANALYSES: 
My work with market and customer analyses has involved:
- Market analyses primarily for the German market 
- Customer analyses and segmentation resulting in the development of personas representing the key customer types of the company. These have e.g. been used to develop sales and marketing material.

COMMUNICATION & MARKETING MATERIAL: 
My work with communication and marketing material has involved: 
- Content production to the company website, company and product material, product descriptions. 
- Communication coordination.
- Assistance in product design. 

PUBLIC RELATIONS: 
My work with PR has involved: 
- Responsibility for a product testing initiative aimed at German bloggers, which involved development of adapted communication material and continuous correspondence with selected bloggers who contributed with product feedback and blogged about the products.
- SoMe coordination with other countries

COMMUNICATION: 
My work with communication has involved:
- Managing the portal’s website including content production and front-end design. Correspondence and collaboration with external agencies.
- Responsibility for managing a php interactive user forum. 
- Assistance in the writing and setup of monthly newsletters involving diverse data gathering and user interviews. 
- SoMe content production.
- Assistance at fairs around Denmark. 
- Communication advice and development of process descriptions used internally to streamline the portal’s external communication.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT: 
My work with project management has involved:
- An internship in which I was responsible for a user project managed via the PRINCE2 model aimed at optimizing the portal’s webpage information and user friendliness.
- Planning and execution of a user survey and a user test phase in which user experiences were recorded and ultimately used as baseline for the development of a new and improved webpage. 

CASE ADMINISTRATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE: 
My work with case administration and customer service has involved:
- Assistance and support of environmental workers all over Denmark in the use of different environmental data systems operated by the portal
- Diverse case administration managed through internal systems and statistically presented to expert employees responsible for the resolution of emerging system challenges etc.
