Barclays

●Steered the project team and 3rd party supplier, as the embedded Subject Matter Expert, on comprehensive software upgrade, IT infrastructure aspects and the project timeline and delivery.   
●Guided project partners on shaping the software to meet the specific business needs playing key role in how Barclays requires the software to operate in order to deliver on the project and business objectives.
●Designed, managed, and provided training to all colleagues as part of the implementation of the project.

Risk Analyst

●Co-ordinated the UK Retail Bank & Retail Operations implementation of the FSA initiative of Treating Customers Fairly.
●Managed and maintained gap analysis, timelines, key milestones etc. at whole project and individual department level.
●Guided senior level stakeholders throughout the business and supported the infrastructure change, to ensure the fair treatment of customers in all aspects of the retail business.
●Designed and developed customer satisfaction surveys for a variety of departments. Managed the external 3rd party supplier relationship, ensuring that the questionnaire provided the best insight.
●Delivered full analysis of Retail Operation surveys with regular reviews of business needs & areas of focus. Always ensured that the surveys remained fit for purpose and suitable for comparison.

Business Manager

HBOS

●Delivered in-depth / high-level reports on Sales performance, covering all retail products for an audience up to board level.
●Collaborated with senior colleagues helping to provide large scale, deep-dive analysis for CEO presentations.
●Compiled regular BAU reports and analysis, dealing with key customers. Made sure that the reports evolved in line with the business’ changes and the customers needs.
●Delivered full, in-depth analysis, pulling in data and inputs from several sources, to present a holistic view.

Business Performance Analyst

●Tasked with delivering a HBOS Branch Expansion project, opening 100 new units with accelerated growth. Developed a new Target Operating Model that was rolled out to all branches.
●Developed and implemented a suite of MI, capturing the projects Critical Success Factors (CSF's).
●Collaborated with senior colleagues to provide input into the Business Cases and delivered ad-hoc analysis and MI reports for the Senior Management team, which were added to Executive Presentations.
●Delivered branch performance analysis and produced reports on behalf of the Senior team and built individual handover packs for each branch that were presented to all Sales Managers, as part of BAU handover. 
●Led pilot project of 'Footfall Counters' in branches, liaising with external suppliers & internal property teams, allowing the monitor and analysis of branch traffic, making appropriate data based decisions.
●Created an automated Business Case model to calculate FTE and costs, at all levels, together with a complete benefits tracking and finance model cutting production time from 2 days to 4 hours.
●Coached and supported new members, using experience to multi-skill and train colleagues, and supported other areas of the project utilising experience to help analyse productivity and targeting results. 
●Collaborated successfully, on a regular on-going basis, with different work streams, to provide positive business-focused outcomes.
●Reviewed and improved the way we acted as a project in respect to Telephone Sales Opportunities. Changed the focus to being more dynamic; tailored for the specific needs of the branch and its location.

Project Analyst

●Led a project that centralised the telephony forecasting, scheduling and planning function.
●Controlled the Migration of IT access to one central site: managing stakeholders, handling report development and ensuring that BAU was maintained.
●Managed all telephony requirements of the resource planning for all Intermediary Sales Centres (ISC). 
●Enhanced reporting suite of MI to better aid the Symposium reports that were used to obtain data.
●Refined workflow processes by developing a fully efficient rolling forecast, ensuring incoming work volumes were monitored. 
●Guided Retail Programmes functions; providing input to projects that impacted the Customer Service Centre and ISC Estate.
●Acted as an Advisor to the ISC Estates in resourcing matters: telephony and work-queue related. 
●Collaborated with Senior ISC Regional Managers to re-design the Service Level Agreements for the full Estate. 
●Assisted the Senior MI Manager in the recruitment process: created an interview exercise and gave input & advice on the interviewed applicants.
