Senior Manager - Recruitment Marketing & Research

- Led discovery and readiness phases to rebrand the business. 
- Trusted adviser to the Marketing Director for stakeholder relationships & delivery.
- Leadership of a 5-person Marketing Operations team. 
- Oversight of £7m budget; and 85 third-party / suppliers. 
- Wrote, delivered & oversaw 2020-21 business plans. 
- Designed a KPI dashboard and objective framework for the management team. 
- Improved team satisfaction from 56 to 88%. 
- Implemented the business continuity plan across the department during lockdowns.

Marketing Operations Manager

- Project managed two corporate sponsorship campaigns fundraising £700k+ for charity. 
- Led the business' first Mental Health & Wellbeing week. 
- Account managed 15 departments with product launches, marketing, and campaign delivery. 
- Cash management campaign launched increasing uptake from 3% to 41%. 
- Power BI dashboard self-taught knowledge. 
- Design a Power BI dashboard that remained most used for 5 years (inc. 2 years after changing roles).
- +240% increase in the usage of our tax year-end marketing materials.

Marketing Account Specialist

- Lead marketing analyst for business aged 19.
- Ran 5km every day through 2014 fundraising £12k for charity.
- Self-taught understanding of Google Analytics. 
- Assessed ways to improve 2,500 websites, 8 mobile apps, and email channels to 100,000 contacts. 
- Managed x2 external supplier relationships aged 19. 
- Conducted in-depth Executive Board reports on engagement, conversion, and next steps. 
- Analysed large-scale events (e.g. the EU Referendum, US Election, Budget) measuring the success of campaigns run.

This role included 12 months as an apprentice.
