Accountable for team's development, retention, and growth of complex banking and advisory relationships ranging in size from $3MM to $100MM+.

Built out and led business banking leadership team covering Orange County, South Bay LA and San Diego markets to provide commercial loans for companies with revenues up to $25MM (commercial real estate, term loans, lines of credit, SBA, equipment financing and practice finance), depository and treasury management products, payments (cards and corporate payments), investor CRE loans to HNW individuals and other bank services. Managed a team of 70 professionals and footings of $1.34BB.
