Matt is a Real Estate Financial Analyst for Greystone Servicing Company. Working on the Chicago Production Team, Matt analyzes, underwrites, and completes due diligence for multifamily commercial real estate loan originations. In his role, Matt makes exceptional use of his skills in financial modeling, cash flow analysis, market research, risk evaluation, and more. He has proficiencies in applications such as Excel, CoStar, and Moody's Analytics. Matt has over a year and a half of industry experience between his current role as an Analyst and his previous role as an Intern at Greystone. Matt is a 2023 graduate of Hope College in Holland, Michigan. He graduated with honors as a double major in Business Finance and Economics. Matt was a student-athlete on the men’s tennis team, serving as a three-year team captain and earning multiple all-conference athletic and academic awards. In addition to real estate, Matt is passionate about personal finance, economics, and investments. He is always eager to learn new skills, complete courses or certifications, and engage with others to broaden his knowledge of the overarching financial industry.
