I’m on a mission to help people see new possibility for leadership and organization culture. To replace control, management, and compliance with space, freedom, and commitment. 

Last week marked 12 months since we packed up our dream house and moved to Cache Valley. 

It has been a year of peaks and valleys for our family.
Beautiful experiences and connections, and dark and low moments. 

It has been so fun discovering the "reasons" why we are here. Most of those reasons are people. We have been blessed to meet amazing people. They have welcomed us, accepted us, and loved us in really special ways.

We still miss our families and friends that we left. Our kids miss their cousins and grandparents. We miss the Dec-March weather. We still have a sense of uncertainty at times about some aspects of life. Mostly the parts that matter less.

And, our family is closer that ever. Kelsey and I are as united as ever. There is peace and joy in our home more often than not. We are engaged in business, baseball, and building the Kingdom. 

I can say affirmatively that the joy is truly in the journey. 
And I have forgotten that more times than I care to acknowledge during the last year. 

Keep climbing, people! The power is always within us, never beyond us.

Two years ago I texted Mitch after we were together at the Heare retreat and said “can we make an agreement?” 

First of all, agreements will shift your entire life experience. 

Second of all, I proposed that Mitch and I see each other in person every year on November 3 for the rest of our lives.

He agreed. 
And I’m flying to Bentonville in a few hours. Because today’s November 3rd and the power of agreements is materialized when they are kept. 

Can you imagine what will be created and the stories we will have from these Nov 3rd adventures?? 

Agreements, experiences, stories…all creations. 
And you get to create whatever you want!

Hello LI fam, 
It’s been a minute. First of all, thank you. For the most part, this continues to be a great platform where meaningful connection and learning take place. 
My life feels a little uncertain right now  in some regards, and the grounding effect of human connection is holding me up. 
Many of you ( you know who you are) I met right here on LI. 
Maybe I’ll start sharing more on here. 
In the meantime, I’m going to keep connecting with people IRL!
