- Developed and led largest youth program in organization w/ 140 youth participants 
- Drove over ~$1 million in total revenue over 3 years 
- Lead and coordinate a team of 7-10 staff - including leadership staff

- Build relationships with stakeholders, including program participant and financial donors

I am a leader with experience supporting organizations by engaging stakeholders with the “why” story, driving business development, and equipping others to do the same. 

I believe that increasing development resources through building meaningful relationships is the best way to support any organization or community.
