Schedules and Coordinates routes for city residents 60 years of age and older to and from medical, business and/or personal appointments on a daily basis, Ensures high level of customer service is emphasized at all levels and carries out all supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures, Ensures drivers are performing all of their necessary tasks and responsibilities, Maintains frequent contact with management staff and employees, Maintains communication with maintenance shop so the vans are up to date with their PMs, Records statistics daily and submits monthly reports to the agency.

I handled what use to be Administrative Assistant and Recreation Specialist. Those two positions were merged together. I managed purchase requisitions, receiving reports, collected and managed payments, maintained cash drawers, used my ability to multi-task, submitted daily deposits (cash, checks, credit/debit received), worked with the active budget as well as performed daily bookkeeping for six (6) departments within the city, provided supervision of part-time staff members, assigned, reviewed and participated in the work of part-time staff responsible with our athletic programs, ensured proficient customer service, provided information regarding programs and facilities, web design, data entry, assisted with sign-ups for activities, managed the facility rentals, ordered supplies, and assisted recreation specialists as needed.

I'm a believer in a positive atmosphere. Setting the stage around positivity will help minimize disfunction when times get rough/tough. Communicating this visually and verbally from the top, trickles down to the foundation. A solid foundation, gives stability!
