With over two years of experience as a Scrum Master and two years experience as a Change & Training Manager and a Business Analyst, I am a Scrum Master and a digital solutions expert with Capgemini. I have a passion for delivering high-quality products and services that meet the needs and expectations of the clients and the end-users. I am currently working towards a Chartered Manager Institute Accredited Bachelor of Science degree in Leadership and Business Management from Aston University. I am certified in First Aid for Mental Health by nucotraining and First Aid at Work (8 hour) and Outdoor First Aid (16 hour). As a Scrum Master, I facilitate the agile processes and practices for development and support teams, ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and coordination across the project lifecycle using agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban and SAFe. I also coach and mentor the team members on agile values and principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. As a Business Analyst, I liaise with the stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and validate the requirements, and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
