As an Account Manager for Stormfront, I covered the South East of England. Working with Primary, Secondary and Independent Schools, HE/FE, Local Authorities and other educational establishments, including other resellers and businesses.
Offering the highest level of customer service and support for schools moving forward with their IT requirements with Apple.
Building new business via outbound calling, mail shots and visits, using time management efficiently. 
Discussing and selling 1:1 device deployment and management, Servers and Storage, Training, Wireless Infrastructure, Whiteboards, Printers and full consultancy service.
Assisting education institutions from the purchase of equipment to ongoing support. 
Developing my ability to create a vision and to build effective rapport via different communication methods.

As Team Leader, I looked after 24 agents, using all I have learnt from working as an agent to open up a new call centre in Taunton and create a new division of EMCAS. I took many courses within HR legislation and how to hire, coach and maintain staff levels. 
 

I was tasked with building a call centre from scratch along with my Call Centre Manager. This involved sourcing the candidates within the region, interviewing the candidates for my team and then work with the hiring and onboarding process. 

I then had the task of training my team, motivating, training and guiding the team towards success. This involved 121 meetings, ongoing sales training, support and help with where they wanted to be in their career. I was fully responsible for my team and responsible for the HR duties including, holidays, absence, disciplinary actions. 

Monitoring phone calls to keep all agents in line with compliance and the companies ethics, whilst also coaching agents to allow them to become successful in the sales process. I also had to hit KPI’s of my own and monthly team sales.
