I did a Myers Briggs personality test once, and apparently I’m an ENFP. The key traits of someone who is ENFP is that they’re: - Enthusiastic - Insightful - Friendly - Creative I don’t think that’s far wrong to be honest, so let’s dig a little deeper. Apparently: “ENFPs are warm, expressive and welcoming. People are often drawn to ENFPs, partly due to their exceptional people skills and charisma. However, they aren’t ones for small talk.” (Source: So Syncd) I’ll take that (even if I am blowing my own trumpet), because I think they probably are the attributes that have served me best throughout my career. When you first speak with me, I like to get past the pleasantries quickly, because I want to hear about you. I want to hear about what you do, the exciting stuff you’re working on as well as the challenges you’re having.
