With ServiceBell, you can create first-party intent and convert it into pipeline using the best account-based tactics across inbound, outbound, and marketing channels.

I own a wide array of our GTM, including Closing (of course), Fostering Strategic Partnerships, CS Ops/Sales Ops/RevOps (Hubspot), as well as even some Product Marketing, and regular product Spec’ing.

I primarily Close New Logos and manage new and existing partnerships, including marketing and co-selling Opportunities. + 

-  Own Onboarding our CS Team and manage the ongoing creation and iteration of our strategic CS processes

- Manage large portion of our internal Rev Ops, including creating our CS Onboarding Pipeline (Tied in with Arrows), HS workflows, Custom Properties, Team Views, etc.  

- Product Marketing & Sales Enablement (w/ the help of Screenspace & Dock) 

- Product spec work in combination with customer calls-> helping drive our product roadmap as we scale.

Daniel, you started this thing. You took the swing, you hired me. I’m grateful for the chance to build alongside you and see it through all the way to the end.

Michael, the conferences, the airports, the dinners — SFO, SEA, Dallas, NYC, the Poconos, Tahoe etc. Chaos and laughter in equal measure, you are a real friend.

We started as 🛎️ServiceBell, live video chat on a website, connecting with real people in real time, controlling & monitoring screens remotely, drawing on them, and helping website/app visitors right there in the moment.

I’ll never forget the first time I demoed it live, seeing folks eyes light up. It felt like we were seeing the next era: the website as a place you actually meet customers, not just track them.

Then we expanded.

We brought a dialer to market - ambitious, distracting, harder than we thought. We rebranded from ServiceBell to Rep.ai. and created a product I still can’t believe we were able to ship: a digital version of me on a website.

An AI twin that looks like me, sounds like me, and talks to people about our product. My phone would light up at all hours, with people asking “me” questions.  

Some were kind, some were hilarious, and others were... not so kind. 😆 

It was surreal, & I’m grateful for it.

Not every chapter ends the way you imagined it would.

Sometimes they end with a mix of pride, disappointment, perspective, and a strange feeling that’s hard to name, like losing something you poured a piece of yourself into.

Rep.ai going offline feels a little like that.

I’m proud of what was built, I'm grateful for who I worked alongside, and I'm carrying the lessons & relationships forward.

On to the next chapter.

My love language consists of Authenticity, (healthy) Competition, Curiosity & Rationality, whether in a friendship or a professional work environment.  I thrive working alongside rational, competitive, growth-minded individuals.

In my life, I have had a shared pattern of bold and authentic relationship-building skills, which have proven career-clarifying.  

Playing to my strengths, I tactfully selected meritocratic roles, from being an entry-level B2C SDR in Financial Services ->  To my current role as one of the founding AEs (10th employee) at a rapidly growing B2B SaaS Startup.

In my first post-grad work experience, I sold the 3rd most out of over 1,300 AEs laying claim to the highest closing percentage in the entire org ( WTW, 2020).  I then transitioned into a Full-Cyle AE B2B SaaS role selling shipping software - where I was awarded as a member of AE Elite Club (2021).

Currently, I'm in (by far) my favorite role to date -> as an Account Executive at Tourial.  Tourial's SaaS platform increases demand gen by enabling tech companies to quickly build, track engagement, & iterate on demand-focused, media-based tours & interactive videos of their product's platform. 

These "Tourials" help tech marketers tell the story of their SaaS products 'what' and 'why' before their buyers are forced to schedule a demo or sign up for a trial!
