For 25 years, I have been developing training solutions for corporate clients, teaching in cross-cultural MBA Prep Programs for International students and refining my communication style through stand-up comedy. Corporate Wins: I have 24 years of consulting experience in both training strategy and execution programs for clients in the financial, healthcare, telecom, management consulting, mortgage lending and utilities verticals. Through a consultative approach, I have created systems training which has saved countless hours and dollars across the organizations I partner with. Higher Ed Wins: Since 1999, I have designed curriculum for and taught in MBA Prep Programs for International students. The programming is a unique blend of real business cases, student centered learning, technology and gamification, all in a short period of time. Although I partner mainly with The University of Colorado at Boulder and the University of California at Irvine, I am always looking for ways to bring value-add to other MBA & MS programs to create a win-win for students and universities alike. I recently spoke to MBA deans and directors at the GMAC conference to present my findings on the creation of customized, effective learner-centric programs. Entertainment: I have a background in stand-up comedy, and I believe that bringing a level of excitement and fun - whether in the classroom or on a utilities training project - is very much needed. I use humor in my training and in the classroom that allows for true engagement. I have performed stand-up comedy in Latin America, Europe and Far East Asia as well as in corporations around the world, and have explored humor globally. I am open to opportunities to speak to groups about topics related to workplace effectiveness, corporate learning strategies and the role of culture in business.
