I am the Founder and CEO of The People Collective, a modern People Operations consultancy that helps startups, scaleups, and PE-backed companies grow with simple, stage-appropriate solutions to complex scaling problems. I have over 10 years of experience in the recruitment and technology industries, specializing in designing and implementing Talent and People Ops strategies for startups across the UK, Europe, and the USA. My mission is to help businesses put in place the fundamental people frameworks early on, and to break down the employee journey into modules that suit their needs and goals, whether they are at Seed or Series A/B/C. I am passionate about the role Talent plays in shaping growing businesses, and I have extensive experience in Technology and Product hiring, as well as building out Executive, Marketing, Sales, and Client Services teams across multiple geographies.
