Digital Professional Institute is where refined my digital marketing training skills.

The Digital Professional Institute trains starters, working professionals, agencies, and companies on the most relevant digital skills of the 21st century — digital marketing, social media, video production and post-production.

I taught ongoing in-person courses including Intro to Digital Marketing, Digital Marketing Strategy, Google Analytics, PPC/Search Marketing, and SEO. Classes were 3-hour sessions comprised of 6-15 students and included theory & core concepts, marketing tactics and strategy, case-studies, and hands-on demos. The final project for the students was a complete digital marketing plan for their business, which I graded.

Perfect Search Media is where I consulted with hundreds of SMB businesses on digital marketing strategies and tactics.

Perfect Search Media is a full service internet media agency offering SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, Retargeting, Mobile Marketing, and Website/App Design and Development. 

At PSM, I was made responsible for building a client base, creating a recurring revenue stream, and establishing a scalable business development department and process. Over my two year tenure as head of business development we acquired over 180 new clients, ranging from startups, local businesses, mid-market companies, to Fortune 500s. We expanded our services within online marketing and into website design and development. The Chicago-based team has grown into a tremendously talented group of marketers, managers, developers, and designers.

QualSight, Inc. is the nation's largest LASIK Manager, serving over 70 million health plan members nationwide. 

At QualSight, I managed company marketing communication including local and national print and video spots, holistic online marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, and media buys. I also directly managed our sales teams; I ensured that the sales team exceeded personal sales and close-rate goals while providing exceptional customer service to members. During my tenure, customer acquisition close rate average increased from ~40% to 72% - the highest in company history. I also designed and continuously updated the functionality of our proprietary lead management and CRM software systems and worked with C-Suite staff on company-wide initiatives.
