My experience covers hiring for roles across: leadership, marketing, sales, customer success, product, engineering, and operations. I started out at a sales recruitment agency before helping set up their marketing division, where we took sales from zero to £1m in less than 5 years. Since then I've been running a niche B2B tech marketing recruitment agency with my co-founder Ruth, where we focus on helping B2B tech companies build their marketing and product management teams. Most recently, we've launched Onattract, which offers early-stage B2B tech companies on-demand talent acquisition to help them scale headcount cost effectively. And alongside being a recruiter, I also run all our marketing, which includes the Market Mentors podcast, our YouTube channel, and our presence across social media.
