I am the founder and CEO of American Fire Glass. I spend my days working on our vision, strategic growth, and culture of the business. Under my leadership our team works together to achieve our mission and objectives. I have 17+ years of on-the-job experience as a founder, CEO and leader of people. I have led over 200 people and created nearly 100 million dollars of sales income in a niche market. I learned a long time ago to develop leaders and get out of their way. I currently work on the business and do not spend my days working in the business. On an average week, I spend time having 1-2-1 meetings with my leadership team, working with the financial department to fund growth, go over marketing objectives and studying our KPI's in the sales and marketing department. Using this information, I work with the leadership team to make decisions to continue growing AFG.
