First off: I'm not the guy to help you sell more tee-shirts. I AM the guy if you're a mid-sized business/startup with 10-50 employees hitting a scaling wall selling high-priced products or services in B2B (agencies, SaaS, and manufacturing). Stuff that requires a lot of buy-in from your customers. Let's set your marketing and/or operations on a path to success...attainable, scalable, meaningful, measurable, iterable, success. It may sound harsh, but we may not be the right fit for each other. It has to make sense for both of us. In other words, my fee structure makes sense against the benefit, brand growth and awareness, increased sales and pipeline, etc. That said, I'm also happy to talk for 15 minutes to see how I can help regardless, even if it doesn't result in business, I'm pleased to point you in the right direction. My fee structure is three-part: 1. Ongoing Consultation 2. Audit/Strategy Creation 3. Implementation 4. Content Creation We would have an initial meeting in which I would question you about your goals, issues, budget (including your ad spend, current and ideal customer acquisition cost, and sales cycle metrics), and other relevant information. I would also audit what you already have to identify the biggest impact points. The audit and strategy have massive value by themselves, and ongoing support means a consistent plan for growth. I charge a monthly retainer fee with bi-weekly strategy consults, starting at 5,000 per month. I write the initial marketing strategy and everything that needs to happen. I can also implement it (this changes the fee structure). The best structure is when I'm allowed access and can guide you at different check-in points, review your metrics, and adjust priorities from wherever we are, with your team, creative resources, and taking over the projects. After all, no one knows your business like you. Sometimes, it just takes a little outside prodding to get to what is most important in a non-biased way. Everyone needs a coach. I can also author and ghostwrite content if you want, where we structure bundles of content on top of the consult (X number of blogs, case studies, campaigns, whitepapers, video scripts, etc, based on the strategy). I also promise that I am NOT going to use AI for any content generated for you. I am going to collect, crunch, and do the humanly best job. You DON'T need 300 word-perfect, fluffy blog posts. You may need 10 really good ones that are actually useful. There is no magic "quick solution," only solid strategy, measurement, and improvement.
