Serve as NED at Net Insurance S.p.a. (listed on Euronext STAR Milan) from the business combination with Archimede SPAC to the acquisition by Poste Italiane.

The value recognised by Poste Italiane to Net Insurance allowed more than 21% annual IRR to Archimede SPAC investors. Archimede stands out as one of Italy’s most successful SPACs, boasting impressive overall shareholder returns amid the global insurtech SPAC landscape.

Co-founder of Archimede SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Company), which has successfully closed the IPO process with an amount of €47million, and has been combined with Net Insurance to create a unique player in the Italian insurance landscape: the first Insurtech Insurance Company.

1️⃣ Sharing driving data is on the table, if the value is obvious
 A large portion of drivers are open to using a telematics app. The exchange is simple: “show me the benefit, and I’m in.” 

2️⃣ This isn’t “those who buy directly”
Agents' clients, and even older cohorts, are no longer a write-off. Resistance is softening 

3️⃣  Pricing innovation is asked
People are telling us they’re willing to reconsider their insurer if pricing finally reflects their driving and their lifestyle

4️⃣ The app is now the front door  
Policyholders don’t want telematics as a side quest. They want it embedded in a simple, useful insurer app experience and rewards for safe driving

5️⃣ The big unlock: services
Customers are not only asking for savings. They’re asking for services: crash support, emergency help, and even dashcam-enabled assistance models. ...and they are open to paying a fee for having them 

If your telematics strategy is still “download this to maybe get a discount,” you’re leaving both adoption and impacts on your bottom line
