Marine Forces Reserve

Aviation Occupational Field (6XXX-7041) Monitor for the United States Marine Corps Active Reserve (AR) Program.  A principal staff advocate and advisor to the Director, Reserve Affairs for the management of  Manpower ,  Enlisted Accessions (hiring), AR Enlisted Assignments, and AR Career & Professional Development (schools)  for  494 Marines in 27 Military Occupational Specialties. The USMC's AR program is equivalent to the Navy's Full-Time Support (FTS)  and Army's  Active Guard and Reserve (AGR) programs.  The AR program provides full-time, active duty support to the Reserve Component (RC) within the Total Force Marine Corps.
Provided career counseling to members of the AR aviation program. Enabling members of the program (my customers) to progress successfully through their chosen career paths while filling necessary structure to maintain readiness throughout 4th Marine Aircraft Wing and total force.
