-  Eco system Beta program implementation 
Managed the implementation for a new eco system revenue stream. This was so successful it  allowed Flare to move out of the beta early. This included process development, product improvements, and various customer/internal/partner management. This partner is now a top 3 revenue channel.

- Cross-selling and new revenue generating
Through existing relationships, bought new products to Flare's customer base to diversify the revenue opportunities per customer. This includes a range of internally developed and partnered financial programs.

Helped expand the FlareHR product in market, bringing in Flare's largest enterprise customers on a developing platform.

Provided expertise to bring Flare's SAP powered payroll engine to market, helping bring on larger and more complex customers including a mix of Australia's top retail and hospitality providers.

Generate new recurring revenue for Datacom. Over this period, Datacom realised a 272% increase in annual revenue.
