I have a passion for leading people and making things work. I earned my skillset 100s of feet below the surface of the Pacific Ocean onboard the USS ALABAMA SSBN 731. On a nuclear powered ballistic missile submarine attention to detail and doing the right thing means a lot more than project success, it means accomplishing a mission and getting home safely to your family. Since leaving the Navy in 2016 I have found a new home for my skillset in the civilian world first as an Electrician and PLC Technician for James Hardie Building Products and currently as the National Director of Project Management for Trulieve. Working in the flowering Cannabis Industry has been an incredible experience for me. Since starting with Trulieve I have been tasked with over 4500 hours of Capex Projects, Creating Maintenance and PM plans for numerous sites, and Hiring/Managing Top Talent across the country. The Cannabis Industry is one of fast paced explosive growth. Each day brings on new challenges as we push forward with new technologies being implemented into our industry for the first time. Like my industry I also see the need for constant improvement in my professional life. I am currently working toward an MBA through Texas A&M - CC and my PMI-PBA cert.
