I have been in aircraft maintenance for 13 years prior to coming to the Innovation space. I have worked primarily the F-16 platform all blocks in both the test and operational realms. The F-15C/E models with a year of managing the intermediate depot level maintenance phase process, and experience in crash IFE response as a team lead for RAF Lakenheath, developing USAFE'S first response plan for the F-35. As a young leader I have aimed my focus at improving the work culture we set up for our airmen that are coming in and aim to be the best supervisor and mentor i can be like many have been for me.
