As an executive, I led division personnel, including FTE and contractors.  I oversaw all aspects of providing advanced criminal justice training for Washington State. I restructured employee-consumer relationships to enhance more effective business practices and growth opportunities. I collaboratived with operations and IT departments to modernize and streamline data and technology platforms, including eliminating siloed data/information portals and fractured software pipelines.

I worked in several key leadership roles, including Audit & Best Practices, Research, Analysis and Planning, Office of Professional Standards, Recruiting, Training Academy, and Office of Chief of Police to gain expansive knowledge of internal and external consumer needs and keen relationship acumen. I developed and taught leadership principles, implicit bias, diversity and inclusion, and community engagement and business engagement programs that empowered internal employees and consumers while focusing on marginalized community members.
