Charged with building new sales channels.  From concept to completion, we led the implementation and launch of a semi-automated small business product offering and a full Enterprise sales channel, developing new products, and adapting the company's processes for our new customers.

Tough Mudder is probably the toughest event on the planet. Our 10-12 mile course takes you over some of the toughest terrain and military-style obstacles imaginable. With over 60 events in 7 countries across North America, Europe and Australia, over a million people have done a Tough Mudder.

As Business Development Manager at ADS, I helped to launch new product categories and customer markets that would allow the company diversify revenue away from its dependence on tactical equipment.  Managed a $335M business unit to include sales strategy and team, contract methods, marketing strategy, logistics, and deal finance; concurrently, built a new product line which yielded profit growth of 35x in year one on $55M revenue.
