I work for Metal Manufacturers Pty Limited Where I'm a Service Desk Analyst in a team of 10 as well as other 50 members in our IT teams supporting over 400 locations as well as over 3000 staff in electrical distribution, solar etc across Australia. I've built 2 years of experience in Level 1 Help Desk support in a primary and high school environment with the Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta IT Traineeship supporting staff and teachers. I've learnt as a IT trainee throughout the 2 years to work under pressure on difficult situations or tasks as well as dealing with difficult clients such as students or staff. I loved throughout the 2 years learning about networking and getting to work on a switch and connect new printers, desktops and other hard wired devices to the network. I love working in the team environment as well as by myself. In my spare time I do a Mental Health Podcast Called Conversations That Matter every Tuesday night on Community Radio.
