My partner and I once again created a new start-up. This one focusing solely on NBN and Hosted PaBX. We also partnered with Dubber to offer recordings for all of our customers. Every call our customers make is recorded and searchable for via keywords, etc. which is an add-on to the telecoms business; analytics is huge growth market.

My main focus for the new start-up was creating company manual, created sales and provisioning CRM, maintaining revenue and government compliance. Oversaw billing, DNC, maintaining leads, collections, market research & sourcing hardware for clients.

A founding Officer of the Aimedis Philippines Team which accelerated its the Philippines. Overseeing
operations, client relationships and securing partner relationships with Aimedis EU. I negotiated the original licensing agreement & responsible for Philippines-EU inter-business relations.

CRUNCH TELECOM

With the changing market in Australia traditional PSTN lines, the market was moving towards the NBN (National Broadband Network). This is a much faster and more stable network so this allowed us to change our value proposition to SIP Trunks and Hosted PaBX.
In just one year, I took our company revenues from Zero to US$150,000/Month (US$1.8Million/Year)    with only 20 agents in my department.
Oversaw daily responsibilities per Dept: customer care, market research, leads, budgets & company profit.

250 seat BPO that was leased out 24/7 to Australian, American, New Zealand, Canadian and British Clients
The center had a monthly turnover ofUS$125,000 per month for seat lease alone; this figure was well in excess of
US$250,000 per month when you add the management fee revenue as well.

Built the call center from the ground-up and was responsible for negotiating long-term lease contract, Fit-Out Contracts, technology procurement, saving an estimated US$150,000.
Supervised every facet of the business at inception to ensure solid foundation.

UTEL NETWORKS

Specialize in ultra-low cost B2C business/customer care and was the pioneer in the Philippines to the Australia Call Center sales industry.

Created our own telecommunications company on the back of the success of Utelecom’s phone system hardware. Fully supervised the daily operations of the whole company as well as being responsible for our 5 staff located in our Melbourne Office.

Led by example by topping the monthly sales tally more often than not.
Saved the company 30% off for each of our phone systems by negotiating exclusivity deal with one supplier.

UTEL SERVICES

went from a mere 5 to a 100 agents; this was at the back of our Utel Services’ success which enabled us to launch our own BPO with Cube International.

Trained over 2,000 call center agents personally and implemented a training plan for sales and customer care that was able to be subsequently administered by my developing trainers also under my supervision.
Saved the company millions and allowed for accelerated growth as a result of learning, continuously innovating and perfecting our  offshoring model.
