Overseeing the condition monitoring program implemented at Mackay Sugar. Vibration analysis, Thermography, Oil analysis conducted on reduction gearboxes, high speed fans, pumps, compressors, turbines and various other rotable equipment across three individual mill sites, refineries and port loading facilities. Reporting directly to the Asset Manager, Head Reliability Engineer, Workshop Leaders, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers. Providing adequate condition updates to various stakeholders throughout the organization. Implementation and completion of NDT on various equipment throughout the maintenance season including Ultrasonic inspection and Magnetic Particle inspection on mill roller shafts. Ensuring adequate training and education of trainee condition monitoring technicians. Encouraging effective maintenance strategies and best practice. Proficient in the use of SAP online CMMS program.

Senior Reliability Specialist

Bureau Veritas Australia & New Zealand

•	Non Destructive Testing of mining equipment, pipework and other industrial equipment to set Australian standards utilizing Magnetic Particle and Dye Penetrant examination. Experience with other NDT methods such as radiography, ultrasonic testing, phased array, eddy current, rail scan and shaft test – 7 years
•	Vibration Analysis of rotable equipment based at Port Waratah Coal Services (PWCS) loading facilities. Reporting and making maintenance recommendations based on results. Undertaking route cause analysis on bearings removed as a result of VA data analysis. Analysis and acceptance testing of various motor gearboxes, pulleys and conveyor systems. Installation of permanent accelerometers throughout the site. Experience with Citect and Maximo and other CMMS systems. Experience with simple balancing. Thermography testing and analysis of equipment. Implementation of motion amplification video providing a clear visual representation of the various vibrational forces influencing movement. – 7 years
•	Vibration Analysis of rotable equipment based at Newcastle Coal Infrastructure Group (NCIG) performing online and manual data collection of heavy duty equipment such as conveyors, motor gearboxes, fans and stacking/reclaiming machines. Experience with oil and grease collection/analysis from gearboxes, hydraulic systems and bearings. Overseeing belt thickness testing, recording data and analysing results. Undertaking slew bearing wear measurements including axial reduction. Redundancy for management position undertaking maintenance meetings, time entering, job preparation/supervision, safety organisation and communication with the client.  – 6 years 
•	Vibration analysis of equipment based at Molycop steel manufacturing site. Data collection and analysis. Experience with shaft alignment. Thermography testing and analysis of equipment. Redundancy for management. Job preparation/supervision, safety organisation and communication with the client.  – 2 years

Reliability Technician - Condition Monitoring

Experienced Condition Monitoring Technician with a demonstrated working history in reliability centred maintenance. Skilled in Condition Monitoring, Root Cause Analysis, Engineering, Non-Destructive Testing, Thermal Imaging, and Motion Amplification. Extensive experience in analysis of various rotable machinery including gearboxes, fans, pumps, crushers, stacking/reclaiming machines, turbines, compressors, hydraulic systems, pulleys and conveyor systems. Proficient in the use of SAP, Citect and Maximo maintenance systems. Tertiary qualifications in Engineering - Diploma qualified. Current ISO level 2 qualified in Vibration Analysis, Level 1 Ultrasonic Testing, Level 1 Thermography Inspection and Level 1 Machinery Lubrication Analysis.
