Matt Young is an advocate for the future of remote work and event strategist for distributed teams. Since 2013 he has circled the globe immersing himself in communities of people building lives of location independence. While living in Thailand he and his team launched Nomadic6-a network of coliving, coworking, and community space designed for digital nomads to call home. Though Covid-19 ultimately caused the disassociation of the Thailand project, Matt and the Nomadic6 brand has since facilitated the launch of Experience House. XH brings leaders in experience design and community building for month-long residencies around the world. Currently, Matt is designing experiences for remote teams to reconnect in exotic places while living in beautiful spaces. He believes the future of work is not just at home or back in the office, but in environments designed for human thriving. Passionate about building spaces that nurture the creative, personal, and professional growth needed in today's evolving world, Matt is studying urban development. The plan is to build cospaces; mixed use residential and commercial buildings with flexible housing and coworking space that leave a positive impact on the communities they operate in.
